Brook - part I

Next character of One Piece I'm going to paint :D
His name is Brook, he is hilarious and he is part of the Straw Hat Pirates

(why am I just drawing One Piece characters whose names start with the letter B??) e_e

Next project - Marshall D. Teach

This is the next work I want to paint using Photoshop (I wanto to get better painting).
He's a character of One Piece, called Marshall D. Teach, aka "Blackbeard". He is a badass, but powerful, so I think he's cool and has some style XD

This is still a sketch, but I'll be posting here the evolution, since I like to save all the process.

The Work is Done

This is the conclusion of the previous post "Work in Progress": http://sennya.blogspot.com/2011/09/blog-post.html

It's finally done!
It took me several time but I'm proud of the result.
After all, I decided not to add the rain, but the background was sooooo ridiculously hard to do. I repeated the process of the clouds so many times, until I get the result I wanted and just I added 2 or 3 filters to the backround to gain some contrast.

The final result is the last image (obviously), and it's also posted on DeviantArt: http://horskan.deviantart.com/art/The-Final-Battle-258208782

Work in Progress

I've been working on this for about a week... so this is spending me a lot of time.
I started just with the character in centre, but then I felt that it was missing something. That's why I created the creepy thing in background.
Now, it has kind of a little story: the end of a long time battle :)

but this is still far behind...

I want to add some things:
- background (like grey clouds and maybe some rain);
- a fireball coming out of the creepy thing's hands (I believe it's not gonna be easy at all);
- lightning coming out of the guy's hands (which I already tryed to do just because I was anxious to start, but I realized it WASN'T EASY D:);
- some details in the character, that I just will know what to add, when the background is done.

So, the final result will take some time (a lot of time), that's why I'm posting some images of the work in progress
